STUDENT ART SHOW...SPONSORED BY FATZ CAFE Drop off Art: Wednesday, September 8th and Thursday, September 9th and Friday September 10th - Deliver art work until 5 p.m. Tables will be set up outside the Eli Mack Room located at the stairwell in the basement of Town Hall. Categorize Art: Monday, September 13th after 5:30 p.m., all art work will be categorized by grade and placed in the lobby of Town Hall. Volunteers would be greatly appreciated. Contact Sharon at 237-9617 Judging: Tuesday, September 14th – a.m. First, Second and Third place winners from each grade (K-12) will be chosen. All teachers will be notified as soon as possible of winners in order to have the winners present at the reception. Reception: Thursday September 16th, 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. for all art show students, parents and teachers. Join us for refreshments. Winners will be announced at this time and certificates along with prizes for winners will be awarded. Pictures will be made also. Reception will be held in the main lobby area and the Conference Room in Town Hall. Type of Artwork: Teachers Choice Please pick up all art work starting at 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 20 and Tuesday, Sept. 21st and Wednesday, Sept. 22nd.
